BUILT AROUND YOU
Odontia, built around your practice
Every practice works differently. So we don’t start from the program, we start from you: we listen to how you work, show you where Odontia can help, and set it up for your practice.
Every adaptation happens inside the same program. No practice has a separate version.
Most dental programs are built for an average practice that doesn’t exist. An orthodontic practice doesn’t work like a general one. A practice with two sites doesn’t work like one with a single site. And your front desk has its own ways of doing things, which work.
Odontia was built to adapt. All of its functionality is ours, from the calendar to the phone and the AI. That is why we know exactly what can change for you, and how.

How it works
- 01
We listen to how you work
Before we show you anything, we ask. How you book appointments, who answers the phone, what you write down and where, which forms you give patients, what eats your time every day.
- 02
We show you where Odontia fits
Together we walk your own way of working through the program: where it stays as it is, where it gets simpler, and where the AI can do a job a person does today.
- 03
We set it up for you
We configure Odontia for your practice before the first patient: the price list, the forms, the opening hours, the phone, the reminders. Anything about the daily routine you can change yourself afterwards, in the settings.
- 04
And we keep listening
A practice changes. A second dentist joins, a second site opens, the way you answer the phone changes. Tell us and Odontia changes with you.
What we adapt today
Features that work in the program today. Under each one it says who sets it.
-
Orthodontic mode
In an orthodontic practice the program changes shape: its own list of procedures, an intake form with orthodontic questions, and no dental chart where none is needed.
We set it, at the opening
-
Your own consent form
You write the title and text of your form and it appears on the intake form. The patient reads and signs it with the rest. Their record keeps exactly the version they signed.
You set it
-
Opening hours per site
If you work at two sites, each has its own hours, its own address, its own phone number and its own map link. The calendar shows each one’s hours.
You set it
-
Calls, sorted by your own reasons
We set up how your calls are grouped, by the reasons you actually hear on the phone, with the urgent ones first. You can see the setup in the program, under “How your phone answers”.
We set it up, with you
-
Your price list
We bring your procedures across, with your own names and prices, from the program you use today. Afterwards you change them, hide them or add new ones whenever you like.
We bring it, you change it
-
Reminders in your own words
When the reminder goes out and what the message says, the way your front desk would say it.
You set it
-
Your own appointment types
With the names and colours you want to see on the calendar.
You set it
-
Your logo
On the intake form the patient opens on their phone, so they know it comes from your practice.

And where the AI helps
When we listen to how you work, we also look for the jobs a person doesn’t need to do. Odontia’s AI is inside the same program. Whatever it writes waits for a person to approve it.
- 1
Calls become text
Every incoming call becomes a transcript and a summary. It lands on the list, with what the patient asked for and whether it was done.
- 2
Your old records, in their place
It reads large volumes from your old program or your notes so everything lands in the right place. Before the first patient you check it with us.
- 3
An assistant that knows the manual
You ask in your own words how to do something and it answers from the manual, showing the page it found it on.
What it doesn’t mean
We don’t say yes to every request. We say yes to what makes your practice work better and fits properly inside the program.
When something can’t be done, or is better done another way, we tell you at the start. When something you need doesn’t exist yet, we tell you honestly whether it can be built. We don’t promise a date for something that hasn’t been built.
Anything about patient data, the law and security does not adapt. It is the same for every practice.
One program for everyone
However much it adapts, your Odontia is the same Odontia every other practice uses. The adaptations are settings inside the program, not a separate version that falls behind.
So every improvement reaches you too, without us having to set your practice up again.
