INTEGRATIONS
A practice does not live alone
It has a tax office, a bank, a phone line, an X-ray unit, a lab, a scanner. This is where it is decided whether a program is genuinely useful or just a nice database.
In every case, each practice brings its own account with each provider. We never sit between you and your money.
The integrations that touch money, tax or telephony never open by themselves. They need your account with the provider, configuration, and an explicit decision.
That is not bureaucracy: a program that opened tax-document issuing by itself would be dangerous, not clever.
| Area | What it connects to | What the practice gets | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tax · receipts & myDATA | A licensed e-invoicing provider (Wrapp) → AADE myDATA | A legal receipt from the patient card, with series, number and mark, per establishment. A public receipt link for the patient, and a credit note for corrections. 131 receipts already issued. | Available |
| Card payments | Viva.com | The patient gets a link or a QR code — by SMS, by email, or scanned off your screen — and pays from their phone on a public payment page. The request is written onto their card the moment it goes out, not when it is paid; once the provider confirms the transaction, the payment lands in the ledger and the balance updates itself. The owner sees fees, settlements and what reaches their own account, without opening another system. | Available |
| Calendar | Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook (an iCal feed) | Your appointments show up in the calendar you already look at, without opening the program. Each dentist has their own sync, with their own link they can revoke whenever they like. The flow goes one way: from Odontia into your calendar. | Available |
| SMS | Apifon or Twilio | Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, no-show follow-up, a post-op check-in and waiting-list alerts go out on their own. A check-up recall does not: a person sends it, from a patient list the practice keeps. With your practice name as the sender and wording you write. 834 messages already. | Available |
| An EU provider (Resend EU) | A full second channel, not a token fallback: messages on the clinic’s letterhead, receipts, payment links. | Available | |
| Telephony | An Asterisk phone system + your own Greek provider (SIP trunk) | A full phone system inside the program: patient name on the handset, a list of calls to handle, one-click dialling, voicemail, opening hours and holidays as data. 800 to 900 calls a month. | Available |
| Imaging | Your local imaging software (e.g. Carestream), through an optional small helper we give you for the imaging PC | You press “Open in imaging software” and the right patient opens on that particular computer. The catalog covers 24 programs — see which, below. | Available |
| The lab | DS Core (Dentsply Sirona) | Orders you send from DS Core appear by themselves on the Lab board, next to their patient. | Available |
| Intraoral scanner | STL / PLY / OBJ files | The models open inside the patient card, with the arch declared, without another program. | Available |
| Your old program | Your old program — send us the database | A full migration of patients, appointments, treatments, money, history and photos — repeatable and reversible. | Available |
| Artificial intelligence | Transcription (Speechmatics, European region) + a language model; the staff assistant runs on your own key | Call summaries and an assistant for the staff, with a monthly cost ceiling in euros and mandatory human approval for anything written. 653 calls already processed. | Available |
| The clinic’s website | Any site | The intake form and online booking are served on an address of your own, or from a QR code at the desk, in four languages, carrying your logo — and asking the questions that suit your kind of practice. | Available |

Your X-ray software — opened at the right patient, with one click
Odontia runs in the browser, but your imaging program is installed on the machine at the X-ray unit. A small helper bridges the two.
You press “Open in imaging software” from inside the patient card and your own program opens at that patient, on the computer you are sitting at. No more “find the patient a second time, by hand, in another program” — and no more wrong names in wrong folders.
The helper is a small optional program we give you for the imaging PC. It listens only locally, is not reachable from the network, and sends nothing to Odontia: all it does is open your program at the right folder.
It does not replace your program and it does not touch your images. Capture and diagnosis stay exactly where they were — on your imaging workstation, in your device’s own software.

And if yours is not on the list?
There is always the general answer: the helper opens the patient’s image folder directly. Less elegant than opening the program itself, but it saves you the search — and it works with anything that stores per-patient folders.
The catalog holds 24 imaging programs, and adding one is data entry rather than new code. If you use something that is missing, tell us and we add it.
Why “per clinic” and not “on for everyone”
Every integration that touches money or tax requires your credentials, your configuration and your decision. SMS go out from your own account, receipts are issued under your own credentials, cards run through your own provider.
We do not lock you into accounts of ours — and we tell you which processing agreement you need to sign with each of them, before you start.
Running today, in production, in real clinics.
Designed or in development; not active yet.
Only for clinics working in orthodontic mode.
Every number on this site is measured by the system itself, carrying its date and the practice it counts. No estimates.
HOW A PRACTICE GETS IN
Would you like to see it?
A short tour of the real system, with no commitment at all — and, if you like, a test practice with your own data sitting quietly to one side.
