This page is about the odontia.ai website — not the app.odontia.ai application, which is covered by a separate data-processing agreement with each practice. Anything written here about hosting and tooling concerns this website only.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, practice name and any optional information you give us. We use it solely to contact you about Odontia.
We never collect patient data through this website. If you need to send us something concerning a patient, this is not where you write it.
The form
What you enter in the form is stored directly on our own server, inside the European Union, and read only by the founder. It does not pass through a third-party form service. We delete it when it is no longer needed to get in touch with you, or sooner if you ask.
Analytics
When analytics are enabled they are cookieless (Umami), self-hosted and served from the same domain. We set no advertising cookies and need no consent banner.
Website hosting
The website is hosted on a server inside the European Union. The app.odontia.ai application has its own infrastructure and its own documentation — see the Data & security page.
