One program, the same for every practice
- The program €30 a month
For one dentist. Appointments, records, dental chart, treatments, accounts, myDATA receipts, reminders, intake form, X-rays, the manual.
- The phone €10 a month
The practice’s calls inside the program: who is calling, one-click calling, every call on the patient’s record. It brings a second dentist with it.
- Each additional dentist €5 a month
Each with their own login.
- Assistants and reception included 2 per dentist
Every dentist brings two staff logins with them.

You top it up with any amount you choose. It pays for SMS to patients and for transcribing and summarising calls.
Prices are before VAT and billed monthly.
The program costs €30 a month for one dentist. There are no plans and no editions: everything on this site is in it. You add the phone if you want it. SMS and the AI are paid from a balance you top up yourself.
All prices are before VAT. The invoice adds 24% Greek VAT.

The prepaid balance
Whatever depends on how much you use it stays out of the monthly price. It is paid from a balance you top up yourself, with any amount you choose, from €10 up.
So a practice that sends few messages pays little.
- SMS to patients: reminders, confirmations, links, receipts.
- Transcribing and summarising each call, when you have the phone.
What does not go through us
To issue receipts to myDATA through Odontia, you need your own account with Wrapp, the e-invoicing provider. To accept card payments through the program, you need a separate account with Viva.
These providers’ charges are not included in your Odontia subscription. You pay them directly.
Questions about price
Are there plans or editions?
No. It is one program, the same for every practice, with all of its features. You add the phone only if you want it.
What if we add a dentist?
The first dentist is included in the program. The phone brings a second. Each one after that costs €5 a month and brings two logins for assistants or reception. Tell us and we add them.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by card. You get an invoice with VAT. You top up the SMS and AI balance separately, whenever you like.
